Kate specializes in advancing your career, refining leadership skills, navigating high-pressure scenarios, growing your business, addressing unproductive behaviors such as substance use disorder and narcissistic abuse, and transforming limiting beliefs. Her customized coaching programs empower clients to break through barriers, foster resilience, and create actionable strategies for sustainable success in their personal and professional lives.

Kate is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) from the PA Certification Board. She studied Alcohol & Drug Counseling at Villanova University and is a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach.

Before founding her coaching practice, Kate served in the pharmaceutical industry for 34 years. In this extensive career, she garnered rich expertise in leadership, coaching, and mentoring. Kate also spearheaded intricate, large-scale, enterprise-wide technology programs. Having resided in London for five years, she possesses hands-on experience in overseeing the delivery of IT services across Europe, Asia, and Africa, providing her with a deep understanding of diverse cultures.
